Meet Ariana
Ariana Del Mar Rivera holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans. With a background that bridges communications and law, she has built a strong foundation in real estate, new development, and contract management.
Before joining Corcoran Puerto Rico, Ariana gained valuable legal experience at the Property Registry and later as Closing Counsel, where she coordinated real estate transactions from start to finish. In these roles, she worked extensively with purchase and sale agreements, title clearance, mortgage loan agreements, and compliance requirements to ensure smooth and timely closings.
As New Development Manager at Corcoran, Ariana has contributed her expertise to the management of several luxury residential developments, working alongside developers and sales teams to support legal, operational, and contractual processes. Her multidisciplinary background in law, communications, and marketing has equipped her with a unique skill set that combines attention to detail, organizational precision, and client-focused strategy.
In her transition to a new role as a sales associate, Ariana is eager to combine her legal expertise with her communications background to deliver exceptional results for clients and developers alike. Her professionalism, dedication, and ability to streamline complex processes make her a valuable member of the Corcoran Puerto Rico team. In her free time, Ariana enjoys playing tennis and has recently taken up oil painting.
