Sole owner and founder of Corcoran Puerto Rico, Blanca has enjoyed a renowned and esteemed career in real estate for the past 15 years. She has represented buildings totaling over $5 billion in sellouts and has worked for some of the most prestigious developers in New York and Puerto Rico.
From her first building, 500 West 21st Street in Chelsea, New York, to launching The Ritz Carlton Reserve Residences in Dorado, Puerto Rico, and the iconic Hudson Yards development in New York, among others, her success and reputation have made her one of the most sought-after sales leaders in the industry. Blanca has also worked with award-winning teams for the largest brokerages as a resale broker in Florida, New York, and Puerto Rico.

In 2016, she successfully launched her own powerhouse brokerage, Gramercy Real Estate Group, headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As one of the leading real estate companies on the island, Gramercy did business island-wide in Florida and New York. In the same year, Blanca launched the largest and most acclaimed real estate Facebook group in Puerto Rico, 'Act 20/22 PR Real Estate Guide', where she hosts real estate and hospitality-related podcasts and interviews, as well as shares the latest industry news, trends, and events on the island.​
A native Puerto Rican, Blanca has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and International Business from Loyola University in New Orleans. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
