She has worked closely with developers and high-net-worth clients in both emerging and established markets, shaping sales and leasing strategies for both ground-up construction and conversion projects. Her roles have included Sales Director, Leasing Director, Project Manager, and Associate Broker.
Over the years, after a successful project, Jillian would take time to decompress in the Caribbean — and reset after the intense demands of New York City real estate. The region’s natural beauty, welcoming communities, and slower pace sparked a professional pivot to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.
