Experienced in all facets of a Real Estate transaction under Williamsburg’s Top Producer tutelage, his expertise spans from managing the marketing and sales of all types of new developments and conversions, multi-unit mixed-use property sales, resales of co-ops, condos, and townhouses, commercial sales, and rentals; Manuel has learned the most intricate parts of the business on a heavy volume.

 

Hard working and efficient, with a keen eye for details and deep knowledge of the market, Manuel understands and treats each transaction and client as unique within their own right. He is able to transition skillfully between working with developers, sellers, buyers, renters, and investors alike.

 

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Manuel has lived across multiple neighborhoods in New York City over the last twelve years. He studied Political Science at Fordham University and has an extensive background in Sales & Services. Some of his interests include biking, live music, arts, and sports.
