Myrna L. In 2015, Mrs. Ruiz-Olmo successfully launched her law firm and consulting consortium providing a wide level of continuity and support to clients’ needs, while crafting and fulfilling custom-tailored mission-critical strategic project alliances with design, planning, engineering, legal, accounting, financing, insurance, managing, real estate, marketing, and hospitality professionals. Mrs. Ruiz-Olmo also provided comprehensive advice, representation, and support for individuals, businesses, investors, and non-profit organizations to relocate their operations to Puerto Rico, as well as assisting clients with the corporate planning associated with the establishment of business operations in Puerto Rico while maximizing clients’ resources.

As an attorney, Mrs. Ruiz-Olmo concentrated her practice in the areas of complex litigation and commercial transactions, construction and real estate, consulting and compliance matters. She has counseled and represented a myriad of individual and corporate clients in complex business transactions, developing and implementing efficient strategies for clients.
Mrs. Ruiz-Olmo has worked in some of Puerto Rico’s top law firms, including McConnell Valdés, LLC, and O’Neill and Borges, LLC. She also served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Brian K. Tester, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Puerto Rico. During law school, she worked as a student law clerk to Hon. Daniel R. Dominguez, U.S. District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico.
Mrs. Ruiz-Olmo is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Mrs. Ruiz-Olmo is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Harvard University Extension School part-time and also obtaining a professional Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment from the prestigious institution.
Mrs. Ruiz-Olmo is the current Secretary of the Board of Directors of Ballet Concierto de Puerto Rico, a non-profit organization with more than 32 years of commitment to educating, teaching, and preparing future dancers, choreographers, and teachers.
