Pedro’s introduction to the world of real estate came early—at just 13 years old—when he began shadowing his late mother, a distinguished top broker in Puerto Rico’s luxury market. Her passion and success left a lasting impression, sparking his enduring interest in the industry.
Driven by a dual passion for law and real estate, Pedro launched his professional journey as a litigator at McConnell Valdés LLC, Puerto Rico’s largest law firm. He went on to serve as a judicial clerk at both the Puerto Rico Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. He later led the Legal Division of the Department of Consumer Affairs, further honing his legal expertise.
In 2019, Pedro transitioned into full-time real estate, founding his own independent practice focused on high-end residential sales. Since then, he has successfully represented many of the most significant transactions in the prestigious suburbs of Guaynabo and San Juan. Known for his strategic and detail-oriented negotiation style, Pedro seamlessly blends legal acumen with a deep understanding of the luxury market to deliver smooth, results-driven outcomes for his clients.
His expansive professional network and trusted relationships offer clients privileged access to exclusive, off-market opportunities tailored to their specific needs. Pedro’s legal background enables him to approach each deal with creativity and a distinctive, solution-oriented perspective—often structuring complex transactions with ingenuity and precision.
A proud Puerto Rico native, Pedro was born to a Cuban mother and a Spanish father. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and a Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Outside of his professional pursuits, Pedro is an avid skier and a former ski instructor in Vail, Colorado.
