Sarah Douglas

With more than 17 years of experience in marketing, Sarah has built an impressive skill set in leadership, team development, and successfully owning a fully remote marketing agency. Over the past decade, she has managed multiple clients from different industries across the U.S., and her career includes extensive work with home builders, remodeling companies, and various non-profits, helping them grow through marketing initiatives. While her expertise lies in social media strategy, digital marketing, and consulting, Sarah's passion for real estate has always been at the forefront.

 

Before transitioning into her role as a real estate agent, Sarah served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder of Corcoran Puerto Rico, where she played a vital role in the company’s growth. In this position, she assisted in all aspects of the company’s operations, becoming an essential asset in driving the business forward. This experience not only gave her a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market, but also allowed her to take the lead in managing new construction projects, helping to establish and oversee the emerging new development department within the company.

 

Her work on launching, marketing, project management, training, and leading seven new development projects across Puerto Rico gave her invaluable hands-on experience. Sarah collaborated closely with developers and worked alongside Corcoran's founder, streamlining processes and ensuring efficiency at every stage of each project. This immersion in the company’s key initiatives has set her up for success as she now channels that expertise into helping clients purchase their dream homes.

 

Living in Isabela on the West Coast of Puerto Rico, Sarah serves clients across the island, helping them find their dream properties while ensuring a seamless home-buying and selling experience. Her enthusiasm for real estate, paired with her marketing background and hands-on experience, positions her as a well-rounded agent in the real estate market.

 

Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a Texas native who now proudly calls Puerto Rico home. She is excited to leverage her skills and passion to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
